I tried to open the program (Management Center V6.9, iccard-mjv9.exe) and it tells me that "Evaluation period is expired and that I will need to enter registered serial number: company name, building company, registered code but I can't find or remember any of those.

If the software has been acquired digitally, then you have to look through the email that was used for this operation. In most of the cases all the licensing information will be in an email of yours. Also check the SPAM folder. Your email service should have a search feature that you can use to look for that email. Simply type the developer's name to locate it.
